In Laives we do one thing, and we do it every day: pizza made to order, to eat with us, to take away or delivered to your door while it is still hot.

Pizza Speedy opens in Laives. Since then we have been making takeaway pizza and delivering it in Laives and the nearby villages.
- 2026
Pizza Speedy 2.0 S.r.l. is founded and carries the pizzeria forward today.
- November 2026
We open in Bolzano, at Via S. Quirino 3a: a new place to eat in, self-service, take away, or order with Deliveroo.
How we make it
Stretched by hand
Every pizza starts from a dough ball that we stretch by hand.
Topped one by one
We add tomato, mozzarella and toppings by hand, pizza after pizza: you can see it in the video on the home page.

More than 60 items: the classics, our house favourites, specials, white pizzas, fried bites and the Focaccia Speedy to share.
Close to home
From Laives we deliver to Laives, Bronzolo, Vadena, Pineta and San Giacomo. In Bolzano, delivery is with Deliveroo, and at the pizzeria you can eat in, self-service, or take away.
